#事故原因：

　　安装的Newtonsoft.Json版本为11.0.2，版本过高，与Microsoft.CSharp不兼容；

#事故处理：

　　安装较低版本的Newtonsoft.Json；

　　Newtonsoft.Json官网：https://www.nuget.org/packages/Newtonsoft.Json/

Install-Package Newtonsoft.Json -Version 8.0.1

　　卸载命令：

PM> Uninstall-Package Newtonsoft.Json -Version 8.0.1
