可视化操作创建的菜单,加载到窗口。
方法1:注册时指定菜单

坐标系:分为设备坐标系和逻辑坐标系。
在GDI绘图中,使用的是逻辑坐标系;逻辑坐标系与设备坐标系有个转换关系,可以设置。
