症状：用户发送邮件时，附件是zip格式，但是接收方收到时却变成txt格式。收到的txt打开，显示：

FILE QUARANTINED

The original contents of this file have been replaced with
this message because of its characteristics.
File name: 'winmail.dat->BA16301F-NC12.zip'
Virus name: 'CorruptedCompressedFile'

 

原因：压缩错误

 

解决方法：重新压缩再发送
