现象：重启citrix服务器后，打开发布的相关程序，提示：

ERROR: An error has occurred while connecting to the requested resource

 

查看系统日志：事件类型: 错误

直到看到，

MS DTC has started.

Beginning to reload configuration data.

Successfully reloaded configuration data. [Log ID: 46e197a4]

以上日志后，再登陆citrix一切正常！原来是ms dtc未启动的原因！！具体是不是还有其它原因就不知了！
