yum进程正在被其他程序占用，使用 ps aux | grep yum 查看yum进程。
如果无所谓可以杀死该进程 kill -s 9 pid(yum进程pid)
如果还是不行就用 rm -f /var/run/yum.pid 强制结束yum进程
