供需两端共振使得价格上涨。群智咨询表示，海外市场“宅经济”和财政刺激双重效应持续，欧美等市场终端零售表现持续强劲。叠加厂商回补库存需求，今年上半年TV整机厂商面板备货意愿强烈。在供应端，上游材料特别是各类IC供应缺口逐步放大，且短期难以解决，部分面板厂的有效供应受到较大冲击。另有媒体报道，品牌电视厂在农历年后启动面板强劲补货潮，不仅本季采购量持续攀高，第2季追单幅度更较本季倍数增加，部分电视品牌下季采购计划季增逾二成。京东方Ａ在苹果供应链中的地位已有所提高，其OLED技术现在“更接近韩国主要制造商的技术”。有消息称，公司正准备为iPhone 13供应OLED面板；彩虹股份承担的国家科技部高分辨率显示用基板玻璃项目，主要工作为推进新型显示用OLED/LTPS基板玻璃的研发及工艺探索，完成技术储备。
6、蛋氨酸 | 据行业网站，近日美国德州液蛋工厂受停电影响生产受限，2月20日市场消息称日本厂家液蛋提价至17.5元/公斤，国内紫光蛋氨酸产品停报；2月22日希杰蛋氨酸产品报价25元/公斤，赢创提价至23元/公斤，此前1月份曾调涨至19.5元/公斤。
产能方面，目前全球蛋氨酸产能扩张接近尾声，2021年行业基本没有大规模的新增产能投放，赢创宣布6.5万吨产能将在一季度末退出，而蛋氨酸需求自然增长态势下将需要约8万吨/年新增产能，预计2021年行业供需结构将收紧。短期而言，3月前宁夏紫光开工率调降30%，和邦液体蛋氨酸少量生产。目前蛋氨酸价格处于历史底部位置，行业寡头垄断竞争格局下，企业对价格具有较强的把控实力，加之高度集中的产能区域分布，检修、不可抗力更容易造成价格短期的剧烈波动。安迪苏拥有48万吨产能，居世界第二，也是全球为数不多的能够同时生产固体蛋氨酸和液体蛋氨酸的企业；和邦生物在2020年12月12日已生产出合格的蛋氨酸产品。
