打开hosts文件：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
访问https://websites.ipaddress.com/github.com#ipinfo得到github的ip，用记事本打开后粘贴下面的dns解析配置
140.82.112.4 https://github.com
windows系统打开cmd，刷新DNS缓存
ipconfig /flushdns
hosts修改注意
1.右键属性将只读模式关闭，然后在安全一栏为当前windows用户开放完全控制的权限
