报的错误是：
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor。
解决办法：
- 点击菜单栏中的 “工具，文件夹选项”，然后”查看“，最后”显示隐藏的文件夹，文件和驱动器".
- 到C盘的目录“C:\用户\你自己的用户名\AppData\Local\Temp”，然后右击“属性，安全”，选择everyone,权限完全控制就OK。
