log依赖冲突了，删除其中一个，网上有

但是我这次依赖是写在父级中的，而且其他人不报错，只能猥琐处理了

找到对应的slf4j-log4j12 jar包位置，删掉。

但是每次启动都会自动下回来，关掉eclipse自动下载jar包的配置

window→Preperences 输入down

 

 

 

 

 

 这几个关掉，再删jar包，再重启就可以了，不行就多试试几次
