解决方案：

准备工作，很重要！

导出你的设置，

一，移动IDEA所在文件夹中立cache的里面的那层

有的叫 android studio，我的叫.Inteliji..........

这个文件夹要移动到和idea安装的平级目录下

二，找到IDEA的bin文件夹，打开idea.properties

三，重新启动IDEA，就可以更新了
