- 前言 INTRODUCTION
本技术协议仅适用于****化工30万吨/年聚氯乙烯原料路线改造及20万吨/年双氧水法环氧丙烷清洁生产项目(一期)丙烯制冷系统。本技术协议包括一套由采用丙烯(R-1270)为制冷剂的多级离心制冷机组。系统包括制冷压缩机及驱动机、齿轮箱、联轴器、制冷循环系统主负荷入口分液器、旁路负荷入口气液分离器、冷凝器及丙烯储罐/经济器、高温过冷器、低温过冷器、油系统、控制系统及仪表等相关设备和管道系统等。
The technical appendix content one (1) York Turbomaster Multistage Centrifugal Refrigeration Package using R-1270 (Propylene) as refrigerant. The system mainly includes York model M-538B multistage centrifugal compressor and motor with respective lube oil systems, gearbox, coupling, main load suction trap, side load suction trap, H.T. subcooler, L.T. subcooler, oil system, control system as well as piping.
本制冷装置完全按照专利商提供的工艺条件和技术要求进行设计和制造,机组按约克设计标准和国家、国际标准进行设计。约克对机组性能提供完全的保证。
The refrigeration package is designed and constructed to meet the refrigeration capacity and operating conditions as specified in the inquiry. The units are constructed in accordance with the Engineering standards of Johnson Controls/York/Frick and also the National Codes and Standards as indicated. Johnson Controls/York fully guaranties the performance of the systems as designed.
约克离心式制冷系统的设计全部在位于美国的Frick/York工厂进行;压缩机系统撬块的生产在美国Frick/York工厂完成,电机、配套的容器系统在中国Wuxi/York工厂装配完成,AB PLC控制系统由Frick/York工厂提供设计和供货,压缩机出厂前在工厂内完成测试。压缩机由美国工厂进行组织测试. 其它系统在中国工厂进行组织测试, York公司完全保证该系统在设计条件下的运行性能,并对该制冷系统所有部件负全责。
York centrifugal refrigeration system is designed at Frick/York in USA. Compressor system skids are made at Frick/York in USA. Motors and vessel system are assembled at Wuxi/York in China. AB PLC control system is designed and supplied by Frick/York. Compressor factory test is performed before delivery. Compressor is tested in Frick/York and other systems are tested in Chine. York completely guarantees operating performances of the system under designed conditions and assumes full responsibility for all components of the refrigeration system.
设备的现场安装指导和开车调试由具有丰富经验的约克售后服务工程师完成,技术协调由位于上海的工业冷冻技术中心(PEC)负责。
Johnson Controls/York will dispatch experienced and certified service engineer to the job site for installation supervision, commissioning and warranty service.
本技术协议为中英文版本,如有差异之处,以中文为准。
The appendix is in English and Chinese version; if there is any inconsistency or conflict between them, Chinese version shall prevail.

York M系列多级离心压缩机组采用进口导叶调节阀,可在压缩机转速不变的情况下对机组制冷量进行无级调节,机组在上述范围内工作时,无喘振发生并保持最高效率。
The centrifugal compressor is equipped with PRV for wide range of smooth partial load operation without surge and to maintain peak efficiency to conserve energy together.

ALLEN BRADLEY PLC control System(made in U.S.), air-purged, mounted on the compressor skid with Modbus RTU protocol, RS485 port, NEMA 4. Include a BENTLY-NEVADA series 3500 vibration monitoring system. YORK shall send engineer to jobsite help to finish DCS communication.

York M离心压缩机的设计满足API-617。
York M Turbomaster centrifugal compressor design meets the intents of API-617.
York M离心压缩机在美国约克工厂设计制造,制冷机组在约克Frick工厂和无锡工厂设计制造。
The M Turbomaster multistage centrifugal compressor is designed and built in York factory. The refrigeration system is designed and constructed in Johnson Controls/York / Frick or Wuxi factory.
约克多级离心压缩机配备有自动进口导叶调节阀以调节压缩机的制冷量并达到节能的目的。约克使用PRV自动导叶调节装置来提供制冷量的大范围调节并保证机组连续运行。
The centrifugal compressor is equipped with the PRV (Pre-Rotation Vane) which is developed for energy saving and partial load operation of the centrifugal compressor. York uses PRV control to provide a wide cooling capacity range to guarantee the continuous operating of the refrigerating system.

蜗壳: M Turbomaster蜗壳按工业标准设计,采用细粒铸铁,为卧式水平剖分的结构,以便于拆卸。将蜗壳的上半部拆开,可以看到转子组件。这两部分用抗拉强度高的钢自攻螺钉栓接。蜗壳上面的吊耳有利于整台压缩机或上半部的起吊,要检修轴封和轴承的话,无需拆开蜗壳的上半部分。
Casing: M Turbomaster casing is designed according to industrial standard, close-grain high grad cast iron used, with horizontal splitting structure for easy disassembly. When the upper half of casing is disassembled, rotor assembly can be seen. The two portions are connected by means of steel tapping screws with high tensile strength. Lifting eye on casing is used for lifting whole compressor or its upper half. If shaft seal and bearing are maintained, there is no need to disassemble the upper half of casing.
转子:所有叶轮均为闭式,等高叶片。叶轮材质为铝合金。每个叶轮都经过超声波探伤检查,以确保焊缝下材料的完整性。还经过静态和动态平衡及超速试验。压缩机转轴的材质为热处理过的合金钢。叶轮和转子之间是过盈配合,采用筒夹和弹簧环固定在转子上,并对转子组件进行了静态和动态平衡。
Rotor: All impellers are closed type, with equal height. Impellers are made of aluminum alloy. All impellers are checked with ultrasonic inspection in order to ensure integrality of material undder weld. Static and dynamic balance and overspeed test are also performed. Rotation shaft of Compressor is made of heat-treated alloy steel. There is interference fit between Impeller and Rotor. Collet chuck and spring ring are fixed on Rotor. Static and dynamic balance for Rotor assembly is performed.
容量控制 Capacity Control
约克多级离心压缩机配备有自动进口导叶调节阀以调节压缩机的制冷量,其主要作用是保持机组在部分负载情况下工作的高效率和调节方便性,同时确保无压缩机喘振发生。标准导流叶片(PRV)由黄铜合金制成,位于进口到第一级叶轮之间,沿径向布置,以调节吸气量。PRV由一简单可靠的正向环操纵,靠球节与单个叶片臂连接。执行机构是气动的;压缩机进口导叶调节阀同时自动保持压缩机的吸气压力和吸气温度稳定在设定值附近。同时通过热气旁通实现制冷量的调节范围0-100%。
York multistage centrifugal compressor is equipped with PRV (Pre-Rotation Vane)to regulate cooling capacity of Compressor automatically. in order to keep high efficiency and easy regulation of the unit performance under partial load and ensure no compressor surge. Pre-Rotation Vane (PRV) are made of brass alloy and located radially between inlet and first order impeller in order to regulate suction quantity. PRV is operated by a simple and reliable positive ring, connected to single vane arm by means of ball joint. There is a pneumatic actuator. The PRV control of Compressor automatically keep suction pressure and temperature at set value. YORK uses PRV control and hot gas bypass to provide a wide cooling capacity range as 0~100% to guarantee the continuous operating of the refrigerating system.
润滑系统 Lubrication System
在启动前和停机时,油压由电动辅助油泵提供。当主油泵建立起最低设计压力后,该油泵自动停止运行。离心式主油泵安装在主轴上,在运行和减速停机时提供油压。当系统油压低时,辅助油泵自动开启。
Oil pressure prior to and during startup and shutdown is established by the electrically operated auxiliary oil pump. This pump shuts off automatically when the main oil pump establishes minimum design operating pressure. The shaft-mounted centrifugal main oil pump provides oil pressure during compressor operation and coast down. When the system oil pressure is low, the auxiliary oil pump will start automatically.
在运行过程中,两个带阀门的10micron油过滤器不断将油过滤。每个过滤器都很容易更换。
Dual 10-micron oil filters, with valves, continuously filter the oil during operation. Each filter can be easily replaced.
外置水冷式油冷却器维持油的正常运行温度。采用两个油冷却器,可在不停车的条件下用阀门切换。压缩机工作时,其油温由润滑油系统中的自动旁通阀来控制。
A water-cooled external oil cooler maintains oil at the proper operating temperature. Dual oil coolers are equipped with switch-over valves. The compressor operating oil temperature is maintained by an automatic bypass valve within the lubrication oil system.
一个内置油箱来提供机组连续运行所需的润滑油,配有视镜来观测油箱内油位。系统通过止推轴承后高油温停机来保护。
An integral oil sump provides adequate quantity of oil for continuous operation. Sight glasses are provided to observe sump oil level. The system is protected by high oil temperature switch located in the thrust oil discharge.
在进口轴承回油管、止推轴承排油处配有油流动视镜。
Oil flow sight glasses are provided in the suction journal return line and thrust discharge connection.
强制低油压保护用于启动辅助油泵或不能保证油压时停机。
Mandatory low oil pressure protection is provided to start the auxiliary oil pump and /or stop the unit when sufficient oil pressure is not available.
油加热器配有恒温控制,可维持油槽中的油温恒定,减少停机过程中油的蒸汽溶解度。
Oil heaters are provided with thermostatic control to maintain a constant oil temperature in the oil sump, minimizing process gas accumulation in the oil during shut-down.

径向轴承 Radial bearing
径向轴承为铝质锥形套筒式。其设计上,确保在各种运行转速下,都能充分抑制油膜的涡动和振荡。
The bearing is a tapered land aluminum sleeve bearing, designed to suppress oil whirl at all operating speeds.
止推轴承Thrust bearing
主推力面为钢背巴氏合金斜垫式;
The active or forward thrust bearing is a tilting pad steed backed babbit type.
反向或副推力面是铝质液压式;
The reverse or inactive thrust is a hydrodynamic aluminum type.
更换止推轴承不用移开压缩机上半机壳,且对轴系不造成任何干扰。
Thrust bearings can be replaced without disturbing alignment or removing the top casing half.
内部A-4气封 Internal A-4 Gas seals
内部A-4气封由铝材制成,它包括密封浮环、弹簧和限位板。内部气封分别位于吸、排气端径向轴承的内侧。排气端内部气封的作用是,阻止压缩腔内高压工艺气渗入油槽;而吸气端内部气封的作用是,防止带压润滑油渗入压缩机低压吸气腔。压缩机运转时,一股缓冲气(取自压缩腔的工艺气,其压力高于油槽或平衡活塞室压力的最大值)被导入YORK A-4气封的两个密封浮环之间,在压力驱动下,缓冲气中的一部分,沿轴上的密封螺纹槽向外流动,与径向轴承润滑油一道回到油槽;另一部分缓冲气则沿轴上的密封螺纹槽向内走,进入吸气腔或平衡活塞区被压缩。通过这种方式在压缩机内部,将工艺气与润滑油完全隔绝开来。
Internal seals are manufactured from aluminum, They consist of floating seal rings, springs and retainer plates. They are inboard of the journal bearings and are designed to minimize both gas leakage into the oil sump and prevent oil leakage into the compressor suction. Buffer gas (typically the process gas being compressed) is injected between the two floating seal rings of the York A-4 gas seal. At each of the internal seals, part of the buffer gas flows outward and returns with the journal bearing oil to the compressor oil reservoir (sump). The buffer gas that flows inboard enters the suction or balance piston area where it is compressed.
迷宫式密封Labyrinth seal
级间迷宫密封的作用是分隔各级之间不同的气体压力。两密封件之间的精密公差能最大限度地减少级间的泄漏,它们均为铝质,按照具体的应用工况,精密加工而成。
Labyrinth seals are designed to separate the gas pressures at each stage. Close tolerances in the two-piece seal minimize gas leakage between each stage. They are precision made from aluminum to suit the application.
轴封 Shaft seal
轴封的作用是在压缩机停车和运行当中最大限度地减少工作气体的泄漏。由于约克离心压缩机的排气端设计有带压油槽,不需要轴封。所以,只有吸气端需要安装一套轴封。一套轴封相对于两套而言,使泄漏量和维护工作都减半,机组更为可靠。标准轴封是整件式、弹簧支座、碳化硅密封静环设计;旋转密封面是与静环不同等级的碳化硅材料及合成橡胶构成。机组运行时,润滑油会进入轴封,以减少磨损。从轴封出来的润滑油将进入高位油槽(高于压缩机轴),高位油槽中的这些存油,又可以在压缩机惰走期间,在重力作用下为密封面提供润滑。
The shaft seal is designed to minimize leakage of process gas during compressor shutdown and operation. Only one shaft seal is used since the pressurized integral oil reservoir is at the discharge end. One shaft seal reduces seal leakage and maintenance in half while improving reliability. The standard mechanical seal is a single, spring-loaded stationary silicon carbide design. The rotating seal face is a different grade of silicon carbide, with elastomers selected for the application. During operation, the seal is lubricated to minimize wear. Oil leaving the seal flows to the upper sump located higher than the shaft to provide an inventory of oil to lubricate the seal faces during idle periods.
控制中心Control System
本丙烯离心压缩机配置全自动控制系统,该控制系统安装于压缩机撬块上,控制系统和电气元件的设计和配置都是按照N.E.C 标准、II区的环境;主要包括控制柜、显示器、微处理器、电源部分、输入输出卡、断路器、通讯模块等。
The propylene centrifugal compressor is equipped with full-automatic control system mounted on Compressor skid. The control system and electric components are designed and configured according to N.E.C. standard, Zone II area. 9.2冷凝器Condenser
采用水冷卧式壳管式冷凝器,壳体、管板及管支撑等为碳钢。换热管选用碳钢管,管内介质为水,与管外的制冷剂进行热交换, 使之冷凝为丙烯液。管侧设计压力1.0MPa,壳侧设计压力2.1MPa。冷凝器设计/制造执行GB151标准。在环境温度较低时,买方可以通过手动调解水流量来保证冷凝温度基本稳定在设计温度。
Water-cooling, horizontal, shell-tube type condenser is adopted. Shell, tube sheet and support are made of carbon steel. Heat exchange tube is made of carbon steel. Water inside the tube exchange heat with refrigerant outside the tube and make it condensed into liquid propylene. Design pressure of tube side is 1.0MPa, and design pressure of shell side is 2.1MPa.Condenser is designed and manufactured according to GB151 standard. When ambient temperature is low, the Buyer can manually adjust water flow to ensure steady condensation temperature near design temperature.

Condenser is equipped with following accessories: dual relief valve, vent valve.
9.3 经济器兼(运行)储罐 Economizer (also used as Operation Receiver)
闪发式经济器/制冷剂储液器采用卧式结构,壳体材质为碳钢,设计压力2.1mpa。从冷凝器出来的丙烯液体,节流后进入该闪发式经济器,成为中压中温的丙烯液体,闪发出来的气态丙烯回到压缩机第五级的中间补气口,闪发后的中压中温的丙烯液体接下来输送给下游的过冷器。同时,该闪发式经济器兼做储液器,为来自冷凝器的制冷剂液体提供储存空间,并对下游供液管路提供液封。此外,还能在系统负荷变化时作为制冷剂的缓冲空间。供液管路的旁路上还装有一个冷媒充注阀。
Flash type economizer/receiver is horizontal. Shell is made of carbon steel. Design pressure is 2.1MPa. Liquid propylene from Condenser is throttled, flow into the flash type economizer with medium pressure and temperature. Flashed propylene gas returns to side port of the fifth stage of Compressor. Then liquid propylene with medium pressure and temperature after flash is transported to downstream subcooler. At the same time, the flash economizer is also used as liquid storage tank providing storage space for liquid refrigerant from condenser and liquid seal for downstream liquid feed line. Furthermore, it can also act as buffer space of refrigerant when load of the system fluctuates. There is a refrigerant charging valve in bypass of liquid feed line.
9.4 高温过冷器High temperature subcooler
采用卧式壳管式满液换热器,壳体材质为碳钢,设计压力2.1mpa;换热管材质为碳钢,设计压力2.1mpa。由闪发式经济器流出的制冷剂液体一部分节流后进入该换热器壳侧,与管侧的未被节流的制冷剂液体进行热交换,使之过冷后再输送给下级过冷器,再次提高制冷剂的单位制冷量,降低压缩机功耗。被节流的制冷剂经热交换气化后将回到第四级压缩机的中间补气口。
Horizontal, shell-tube type flooded heat exchanger is adopted. Shell is made of carbon steel and design pressure is 2.1MPa.Heat exchange tube is made of carbon steel and design pressure is 2.1MPa. A portion of liquid refrigerant flowing out of flash economizer is throttled, then comes into shell side of the exchanger and exchanges heat with non-throttled liquid refrigerant at tube side which is made subcooled to transport to next stage subcooler. Thus, unit refrigerating capacity of refrigerant is increased once more and power consumption of Compressor is reduced. Throttled refrigerant evaporated after heat exchange and returns to side port of the fourth stage of Compressor.
高温过冷器配有下述附件:液位控制阀,双安全阀,放空阀,排污阀。

9.5 低温过冷器Low temperature subcooler
采用卧式壳管式满液换热器,壳体材质为碳钢,设计压力2.1mpa;换热管材质为碳钢,设计压力2.1mpa。由一级过冷器输送的制冷剂液体再一部分节流后进入该换热器壳侧,与管侧的未被节流的制冷剂液体进行热交换,使之“二级”过冷后再输送给蒸发器,以保证蒸发器供液阀前的制冷剂无闪发,又一次提高制冷剂的单位制冷量。被节流的制冷剂经热交换气化后将回到第三级压缩机的中间补气口。
Horizontal, shell-tube type full liquid heat exchanger is adopted. Shell is made of carbon steel and design pressure is 2.1MPa. Heat exchange tube is made of carbon steel and design pressure is 2.1MPa. A portion of liquid refrigerant out of first subcooler is throttled, then comes into shell side of the exchanger and exchanges heat with non-throttled liquid refrigerant at tube side which is made subcooled once more to transport to evaporator. Thus, no refrigerant flash before liquid feed valve is ensured, and unit refrigerating capacity of refrigerant is increased once more. Throttled refrigerant evaporated after heat exchange and returns to side of the third stage of Compressor.
低温过冷器配有下述附件:液位控制阀,双安全阀,放空阀,排污阀。
Low temperature subcooler is equipped with following accessories: liquid level control valve, dual relief valve, vent valve and drain valve.
9.6 气液分离器 SUCTION TRAP
气液分离器,设计制造符合GB150标准,材质选用碳钢。该容器提供了充分的气液分离空间,以防止由于负荷波动或其它原因造成的压缩机吸气带液,避免“液击”对压缩机带来的危害。气液分离器应尽可能靠近压缩机吸入口布置。
Suction trap is designed and manufactured according to GB150, made of carbon steel. This vessel provides sufficient gas-liquid separating space to prevent compressor suction with liquid owing to load fluctuation or other causes and avoid danger of compressor from liquid slug. Suction trap shall be located as near as possible to the suction port of Compressor.
在气液分离器顶部有一个吸气挡板(滤网),进一步保证了在某些不稳定的状态时避免飞溅的液滴进入压缩机。
On top of Suction trap there is a suction baffle (filter screen) to prevent splashed liquid drop into Compressor under some unstable state.
买方需在气液分离器上游配出口压力调节阀(卖方提供气液分离器所需的入口压力要求)。
The customer shall equip pressure regulating valves upstream the suction trap (Manufacturer shall provide inlet pressure requirements for the suction trap).
气液分离器配有下述附件:双安全阀,放空阀,排污阀,液位计,液位开关。
Gas-liquid separator is equipped with following accessories: double safety valve, vent valve, drain valve, level indicator and liquid level switch.
9.7其它 Others
9.7.1 钢底座Steel base
在系统发运前,除需要分开发运的零件外,其余设备均成撬安装在钢底座上。机组就位后,推荐用水泥充灌到与钢底座上表面平齐。如有空档不能填充,应保证其中的积水可以顺利排出。
Before shipping, all equipment is mounted on steel base of skid except components which must be separately shipped. After the unit taking its place, it is recommended to fill cement up to the upper surface of steel base. In case of vacancy which cannot be filled, it shall be ensured that ponding inside can easily discharge.
在设备发运前,钢底座会执行YORK标准喷漆。
Before shipping, steel base is painted according to YORK standard.
9.7.2 管道Piping
撬块内的制冷剂管道均由YORK工厂负责提供和安装完毕。
Refrigerant pipeline in skids is provided and mounted by YORK.
管道设计/制造/检验采用York标准。外观检查合格之后,执行York标准进行无损检测,气压测试压力为2.1MPa。
Pipeline is designed, manufactured and checked according to York standard. After visual examination up to standard, non-destructive inspection is performed according to York standard. Pressure test at 2.1MPa.
9.7.3 仪表Instruments
York按照PID提供所有撬块内的仪表,包括温度传感器(带一体化温度变送器),压力传感器,液位开关,电磁阀,压力表和温度表等。优先选用本安型仪表。
York supplies instruments in all skids according to PID, including temperature sensor (with integrate temperature transmitter), pressure sensor, liquid level switch, solenoid valve, pressure gauge, thermometer and so on. Intrinsically safe instruments are preferred.
9.7.4 接线Wiring
York提供所有撬内的仪表接线,所有接线均会引入安装在撬块上的接线盒内,接线元件符合相应的防爆要求。
York supplies instrument wiring in all skids. All wirings are led into terminal boxes mounted on skids. Wiring components are in accord with explosion proof requirement.
9.7.5 管道清洁度Pipeline cleanness
制冷剂管道将按照York标准保证其表面清洁度和内部清洁度。法兰接管焊接完毕,清理内外表面的飞溅、氧化物并把内外表面清理干净。
Surface and inside cleanness of refrigerant pipeline is ensured according to York standard. After flange connecting fittings are welded, splash and oxide on inside and outside surfaces are cleaned. Inside and outside surfaces are cleared.
气压测试后,彻底抽空制冷剂系统,并充入干燥氮气。长期存放的机组,应至少每2个月进行一次检查确认内部的氮气是否泄漏。
After pressure test, refrigerant system is exhausted and filled with dry nitrogen. For the unit to be stored for a long time, inspection shall be performed at least per 2 months to ensure no nitrogen leakage.
9.7.6 喷漆Painting
所有碳钢外表面需要喷漆。喷漆前应除去降低附着力的污物(例如污垢,油)和本身的不洁层(例如氧化皮,锈层),并去除毛刺、焊接飞溅物、锐角倒圆、锐边倒钝。
All outside surfaces of carbon steel are given paint. Before painting, dirt (such as fouling, oil) reducing adhesive force and its own unclean layer (such as oxide skin, rusty scale) are removed. Burr and weld splash are also removed. Sharp angles and edges are made round.
York使用快干丙烯酸底漆,和环氧面漆。漆膜总厚度不小于125μm,表面质量做到:漆膜均匀光滑、无色差、不应有漏涂、针孔、返锈、流挂、气泡、起皮、剥落等现象。
Quick-drying Acrylic primer and epoxy finish are used in York. Total thickness of film is not less than125μm. Surface quality reaches: even and smooth film, no color difference, no holiday, no pinhole, no re-rust, no sag, no air bubble, no peeling, no flaking.
9.7.7 安全阀 Relief Valve
安全阀的选型需考虑附加背压和排放背压(开工会时确定)。阀芯采用低温碳钢或不锈钢,阀体采用碳钢(需考虑丙烯气化的低温工况)。
When selecting Relief valve, additional back pressure (to be specified in kick-off meeting) should be considered. Vale spool is made of low temperature carbon steel or stainless steel. Valve body is of carbon (low temperature at propylene flash shall be considered).

15. 工厂检验与测试 TEST OF YORK REFRIGERATION PACKAGE
15.1 工厂M离心式压缩机的测试 Factory Test of York M Compressor
约克提供标准的程序进行压缩机机械运转测试,静压测试,无水测试,压力测试,控制系统功能测试,油漆,机组出厂前氮气充注,均按照约克工厂标准。
York / Frick will provide the standard procedures for compressor mechanical run-in test, hydro test, dehydration, pressure test, electrical/control functional test, painting, nitrogen charge and export preparation per Johnson Controls/York/Frick factory standard.

叶轮超转速测试
Impeller Overspeed Testing
每个独立叶轮都经过离心力超速测试,在超过最大连续运行所允许速度的20%条件下进行。若未通过测试将被废弃。
Each individual impeller is centrifugally overspeed tested at 20% above the maximum allowable continuous impeller tip speed of 1080 FPS. Each impeller is dye-penetrant checked before and after the overspeed test. The impeller is rejected if the impeller does not pass the test.
蜗壳水压测试 Hydrostatic Testing of Casing
压缩机和组件在超过设备设计压力的1.5倍的压力下做液压测试
All the compressor and components are subjected to a hydrostatic test pressure of 1.5 times of the particular design working pressure requirement.
泄漏测试 Leak Test
在实际设计压力条件下来进行泄漏测试。压力测试采用氢气。泄露量设置为10年少于1盎司。
The test pressure actually applied to the assembled compressor with the required design working pressure. Pressure tests are made using hydrogen. The leak rate is set at less than 1 oz in ten years .
机械运转试验 Mechanical Run-in Test
压缩机要进行机械运转测试。测试在设计的速度下进行或在指定的操作速度下运行,最高可至最大的连续叶轮尖端速度限制.
Each compressor is subjected to a mechanical run-in test. The test is conducted at the design speed or at any specified operating speed up to and including the maximum continuous impeller tip speed limit.
15.2 压力容器和换热器撬块工厂测试Factory test of pressure vessel and heat exchanger skid
配套用经济器、高温冷却器,低温冷却器,测试检验在工厂进行,除外观检验外,按国家制冷装置用压力容器标准进行的压力试验、气密性试验;真空度试验;执行标准符合GB150、GB151,ASME Sec III及约克工厂全球质量要求。
Test and inspection for economizer, high temperature subcooler and low temperature subcooler are performed in the factory. Pressure test, leak test and vacuum test, except visual inspection, are performed according to national standards on pressure vessel used in refrigerating equipment. Operative norm conform to GB150, GB151, ASME Sec III and York’s global quality requirements.
16. 机械性能保证 PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
16.1 在设计条件下:
Under design conditions:
正常操作运行情况下,机组可连续无间断运行3年以上,使用寿命至少保证25年;
On normal operational and running conditions, the unit can continuously, without interruption, run over 3 years. Service life is guaranteed at least for 25 years.
16.2卖方负责整个制冷系统的设计(从压缩机到配套的换热器系统),保证整个系统的性能指标。
下面是100%设计点,设计工况下参数:
Manufacturer takes response for the design of whole refrigeration system (from compressor to accessory heat exchanger system) and guarantees performance of whole system. The following are parameters at 100% load under design condition.
负荷一: 蒸发温度-41°C 制冷量2933 kW
Load I: Evaporating temperature -41°C Capacity 2933 kW
负荷二: 蒸发温度1.7°C 制冷量1408 kW
Load II: Evaporating temperature 1.7°C Capacity 1408 kW
轴功率 2257.9KW(偏差0~+4%)
Shaft power: 2257.9KW(with deviation 0~+4%)
17. 会议安排 MEETING
17.1 开工会 Kick-off meeting
合同签订后4周内,在买方指定地点进行开工会;
Kick-off meeting will be held four weeks after purchase contract signed. Detailed time will be discussed.
17.2 图纸审查会 Drawing Review and Approval meeting
主要图纸交付后2周内,在买方指定地点进行图纸审查会;
Drawing Review and Approval meeting will be held two weeks after main documents provided.
18. 机组质保期和售后服务 WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALE SERVICE
18.1质保期 Warranty
卖方向买方提供质保期为开机调试后12个月或货到现场后18个月,以先到期者为准。质保期内,卖方将向买方免费提供售后服务和买方正常使用情况下的部件及易损件更换。
Manufacturer offer warranty for a period of 12 months from date of start-up or 18 months from date of goods arrival,whichever occurs first,Within warranty period, Manufacturer will freely provide for buyer after-sale service and components &damageable parts to be used for replacement under normal operational conditions.
18.2技术培训 Technical training
在合同生效后,可安排买方相关技术人员对约克以往同类用户进行参观学习,增加买方对制冷系统的熟悉和了解。
After the contracts take effect, it is possible to arrange for buyer’s relevant technicians to visit York’s previous similar users in order to make buyer to know and understand refrigerating system.
在开机调试期间,根据买方要求,卖方在开车前、开车中和开车后分别对买方进行培训,每次培训约2天,卖方负责对买方操作人员进行免费现场培训并提供相关培训资料(电子版),培训主要内容包括:
During commissioning period, as required, Manufacturer may give two days’ training to buyer, separately before starting, during starting and after starting. Manufacturer is responsible in free on-site training for Buyer’s operators and provides relative training information (electrical version). Main matters of training include:

18.3设备的调试、验收
1. 调试 Commissioning
在接到买方书面通知后,York将派经授权的维修工程师来进行现场安装指导、开机、调试,时间为8周(时间不限于此,以设备调试完成为准)。买方提供真空泵及高压氮气等条件配合(YORK提供真空度、氮气压力要求)。
After receiving buyer’s written notice, York will send authorized maintenance engineers to site for installation instruction, start-up, commissioning for 8 weeks (time will be determined based on finish of start-up). Buyer shall provide vacuum pump, high pressure nitrogen and other conditions for cooperation. (Requirements for vacuum degree, nitrogen pressure are specified by York.)
冷冻机组的调试标准为技术参数表。
Commissioning of refrigeration package takes Technical Parameter List as standard.
2. 验收 Acceptance
设备顺利调试、达到工艺要求的技术参数并连续运行72小时后,双方在调试记录上签字确认并签署验收合格书,如遇买方原因生产装置无法达到设计负荷情况另定。
After start-up is successful, technical parameters are met and the equipment has continuously run for 72 hours, the two Parties will sign Commissioning Record for confirmation and sign Acceptance Certificate. In case that process unit cannot reach design load owing to buyer’s cause, matters will be determined later.
18.4 售后服务After-sale service
我司在青岛办事处及北京售后服务中心设有工业冷冻开机维修工程师,可24小时为买方服务。
There are maintenance engineers on industrial refrigerator starting in Qingdao office and Beijing after-sale service center of our Company in order to provide 24-hour service for Buyer.
制冷系统由约克公司售后服务中心进行维修操作服务,并要求相关配套厂家提供24小时响应保证。
Maintenance and operation service for refrigerating system is performed by York after-sale service center. Relative providers are required to ensure 24-hour reply.
约克上海维修中心设有备品备件保税仓库,可及时长期优惠提供所需的备品备件。
There is a bonded warehouse of repair pieces and spare parts in York Shanghai service center in order to always and favorably provide repair pieces and spare parts in time.
