IRF简介
IRF(Intelligent Resilient Framework,智能弹性架构)是H3C自主研发的软件虚拟化技术,也是H3C数据中心解决方案的核心技术,使用这种虚拟化技术可以集合多台设备的硬件资源和软件处理能力,实现多台设备的协同工作、统一管理和不间断维护,IRF+跨框聚合是对传统MSTP+VRRP组网架构的突破和优化,极大地简化了网络管理、提高了系统可靠性。
实验拓扑
配置需求
将两台物理设备虚拟化成一台逻辑上的设备,实现设备级的冗余,提升业务可靠性。
配置步骤
SW2配置
1. 修改 SW2 的 IRF 设备 ID 为 2,保存配置,并重启生效
[H3C]irf member 1 renumber 2<H3C>reboot
2. 关闭堆叠物理口50 51
[H3C]interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/50[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]shutdown [H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/51[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/51]shutdown
3. 将物理口加入堆叠口
[H3C]irf-port 2/2[H3C-irf-port2/2]port group interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/50 [H3C-irf-port2/2]port group interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/51
4. 将物理口重新打开并保存配置
[H3C]int Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/50[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]undo shutdown [H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]int Ten-GigabitEthernet 2/0/51[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/51]undo shutdown [H3C]save forceValidating file. Please wait...Saved the current configuration to mainboard device successfully.
5. 激活IRF配置
[H3C]irf-port-configuration active [H3C]%Apr 30 16:18:31:246 2021 H3C STM/6/STM_LINK_UP: IRF port 2 came up.
SW1配置
1. 修改 SW1的irf优先级,使其为主设备
[H3C]irf member 1 priority 32
2. 关闭堆叠物理口50 51
[H3C]interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/0/50[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]shutdown [H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/50]interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/0/51[H3C-Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/51]shutdown
3. 将物理口加入堆叠口
[H3C]irf-port 1/1[H3C-irf-port1/1]port group interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/0/50 [H3C-irf-port1/1]port group interface Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/0/51
4. 将物理口重新打开并保存配置

5. 激活IRF配置
[H3C]irf-port-configuration active [H3C]%Apr 30 16:18:31:246 2021 H3C STM/6/STM_LINK_UP: IRF port 2 came up.
6. 连堆叠线缆,此时irf会竞选主设备,备设备重启
配置验证
验证IRF配置,可以看到设备配置成功

配置要点
IRF属于基础配置,但是仍然需要注意以下几点:
1. 推荐至少使用两个堆叠线缆,防止irf分裂导致业务故障;
2. IRF-port端口编号说明,irf-port 1/2中,第一个数字代表的是设备成员编号,第二个数字是接口编号。堆叠要求使用逻辑端口1对接逻辑端口2。即,如若第一台配置irf-port1/2,则第二台需要是用irf-port2/1对接。如若第一台使用irf-port1/1,则第二台需要配置irf-port2/2;
3. 设备配置好IRF配置后,要先保存再激活配置。因为如果没有保存配置儿激活irf配置后,备设备会自动重启,由于配置没有保存,从而导致堆叠配置命令丢失,堆叠配置失败。建议配置完再连堆叠线缆就是这个道理,不论是先保存配置还是先激活堆叠配置都没有任何影响。
