现象：

在cmd中用go get -u github.com/kataras/iris   ，提示：443：Timed out 

于是在 git bash 中   git clone https://github.com/kataras/iris   现象依旧

用以下命令解决（提前设置好代理）：

$ git config --global http.proxy "localhost:1080"

 

补充说明：在使用上述命令前，我还试了下面的命令，似乎没起作用。

set https_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080
set http_proxy=127.0.0.1:1080
set GIT_SSL_NO_VERIFY=true
