1. win10 要关闭hyper-v
   管理员运行 powershell （win + x 选项中可以看到）
   

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

2. vbox 选择 5.x 或者 4.x 版本

3. vbox 以及 h3c 目录下 可执行文件设置为 兼容模式运行
