在win10新安装idea2017时遇到此问题，IDEA 出现 Unable to save settings: Failed to save settings. Please restart IntelliJ IDEA。

本人在网上搜索过其他答案，比如http://*.com/questions/36479123/unable-to-save-settings-intellij-idea说要把插件换了。也有说把idea配置文件目录删除的。本人试验了，对我的问题无效。

经我探索，发现解决问题的方法很简单：

IDEA->右键->以管理员身份运行。

真是可气又可笑，浪费了我好多时间啊，希望此文能给大家节省时间。
