2、重启apache就会弹出错误提示框"the requested operation has failed" 然后打开服务，启动apache就提示我"windows 不能在本地启动apache。。。。"
解决方案：修改apache端口。apache的默认端口都是80端口，但是平时我们用的一些例如迅雷等这些软件的端口也是80端口，或者还有其他一些软件这时我们就可以通过修改apache的端口来解决这个端口冲突问题。
打开apache安装目录下的httpd.conf文件
# Listen: Allows you to bind
Apache to specific IP addresses and/or
# ports, instead of the default. See
also the <VirtualHost>
# directive.
#
# Change this to Listen on
specific IP addresses as shown below to
# prevent Apache from glomming onto
all bound IP addresses.

修改为
# Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as shown below to

prevent Apache from glomming onto all bound IP addresses.
#
#Listen
12.34.56.78:8080
Listen 8080
这样问题就解决了。
还要注意的是在浏览器地址栏输入了localhost或者127.0.0.1之后还要带上我们的端口号:8080.这样就可以访问我们的网站了。
注：关于wampsever 的online和offline问题
online的真正意思是：其他人可以在内网访问到你的网站
offline的真正意思是：你的数据库账户和密码不对
