​ over在这里的表达为“一边......,一边......”,并且表明主要的事情是讨论问题，次要的事情是吃茶点。discuss with/by一般后面加sb用的话会变成和茶点一起讨论问题。用at的话会变成讨论茶点。

  例：Please turn over the picture. 请把这幅画翻转过来。

• take over 接管
  例：Am I take over her work? 我是不是要接管她的工作？

• look over 检查，查看
  例：Look over on that chair. 查看一下那个椅子上的东西。
