IntelliJ IDEA提示URI is not registered几种解决方法
使用IntelliJ IDEA （以下简称IDEA）导入项目或是在maven生成  archetype时候，如果提示错误 URI is not registered 。如下图 ↓

第一种解决方法：
点击 File ----> Settings ----> Schemas and DTDs , 点击下方的 “+” 加号添加 刚刚红色的url 即可。如图 ↓
或者 直接在 菜单栏 直接找到 这个

第二种解决方法：
鼠标点击红色字，然后IDEA出现小红灯，选择Fetch external resource即可解决 。如图 ↓
