解决方法：

将pytorch版本降为1.7.0；

# 先卸载原有的torch和torchvision

pip uninstall torch
pip uninstall torchvision

# 安装pytorh1.7.0

pip install torch==1.7.0+cu110 torchvision==0.8.1+cu110 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

再重新编译。
