Implement atoi to convert a string to an integer.

Requirements for atoi:
The function first discards as many whitespace characters(空白字符是指在屏幕上不会显示出来的字符(如空格,制表符tab,回车换行等)) as necessaryuntil the first non-whitespace character is found. Then, starting from this character, takes an optional initial plus or minus sign followed by as many numerical digits as possible, and interprets them as a numerical value.
The string can contain additional characters after those that form the integral number(整数), which are ignored and have no effect on the behavior of this function.
If the first sequence of non-whitespace characters in str is not a valid integral number, or if no such sequence exists because either str is empty or it contains only whitespace characters, no conversion is performed.
If no valid conversion could be performed, a zero value is returned. If the correct value is out of the range of representable values, INT_MAX (2147483647) or INT_MIN (-2147483648) is returned.
思路
转换前要跳过左边的空白字符,得到的第一个非空白字符要先判断是否是到达了字符串的末尾,如果到达了末尾,可以直接下结论返回;如果没有到达字符串的末尾,那它就是一个合法的非空白字符,要先判断是否是符号位,进行过符号位的判断操作之后,就是计算整数值(针对数字字符而言)直到越过数字字符的右边界,计算过程停止,返回计算结果
