1.解决办法：
在Settings->Version Control->Git中，将SSH executable设置为Native即可，如图，红色箭头中是要修改的地方。
2.出现原因：
使用native的意思就是用本地SSH，因为一般我们都会把SSH配置在本地C:\Users\xxxxxx.ssh\ 下面
