解决方法：
If you created a default config file like this:kaggle datasets init -p mydataset
then you need to edit the file mydataset/dataset-metadata.json. In Linux this could be done as follows:nano mydataset/dataset-metadata.json
Change the id and the title.
修改dataset-metadata.json中的ID和title参数，ID即是你的数据集名字
