找到自己JDK 环境 配置的C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_291\jre\lib\security 路径下面 java.security 文件，用编辑工具打开 搜索 jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms 如下图
将红框的几个删除掉即可启动，这是JDK版本问题，低版本不会出现这个问题
