解决：

1、使用 jupyter-notebook启动

2、重新安装：

pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

 

问题

首先安装 jupyter，命令为pip install jupyter

(venv) D:\MLiA>pip install jupyter

解决方法

输入： jupyter-notebook
