报错如图

解决方法

查了本电脑（windows）jdk版本只有一个，不存在使用多个版本导致的问题，所以主要还是下面的报错：

A JNI error has occurred,please check your installation and try again

查看本电脑android sdk windows\build-tools下，发现build-tools有两个版本

操作：

复制30.0.0-rc1文件名字，删除30.0.0-rc1文件，将29.0.3的文件名替换成30.0.0-rc1

至此，问题解决
