解决方案

1.修改配置

~/.subversion/servers

最下边[global]内添加

[global]
store-passwords = yes
store-ssl-client-cert-pp = no
store-plaintext-passwords = yes
store-auth-creds = yes

~/.subversion/servers

[auth]
password-stores = gpg-agent,gnome-keyring,kwallet

2. 开启gpg-agent服务

gpg-agent --daemon
