[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/user/anaconda3/pkgs/tzdata-2024a-h04d1e81_0/.cph_tmpfgbangsm'

解决方法

根据权限拒绝的路径，输入授权命令：

sudo chown -R 501:20 /home/user/anaconda3/

这个会对所有子文件夹授权，比较慢，也可以换成：

sudo chown -R 501:20 /home/user/anaconda3/pkgs/tzdata-2024a-h04d1e
