碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)是成纤维细胞生长因子蛋白(fibroblast growth factors,FGFs)家族中的一员.目前已发现至少22种FGF,其中N3F-1(aFGF)、FGF-2(bFGF)及FGF-7的研究较为深入。
【FGF 2】重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是哺乳动物和人体中一种非常微量的活性物质,具有广泛的生理功能和重要的临床应用价值.bFGF不仅能刺激新生血管形成,参与创伤愈合和组织重组,促进胚胎组织发育和分化等,此外还与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.近年来,重组bFGF已被应用于临床治疗创伤、溃疡及神经系统等疾病.
