在信息技术一直在发展的时代，保证道路资产的安全是人们最关心的问题。现在很多有着长久的道路资产建设历史的国家大多数都在面临着如何养护道路资产的问题。对于他们来说，在大量的道路设施一直需要养护的情况下，如何高效率的进行养护和降低各种成本是他们一直追求的目标。
针对上述现象，本文提出了一套基于移动互联技术的道路资产管理系统，该系统将道路资产进行电子化管理，并对资产的养护实行责任导入，使企业摆脱掉纸笔管理以及半信息化的管理，提高道路企业的资产管理效率并降低物资企业在进行资产管理时所需要的时间、经济以及人力成本。本道路资产点检系统以道路资产为基础，用户可以自行添加道路资产，进行资产的查看，资产内容的添加以及工单的提交和查看。本系统的功能希望能够满足现下道路资产点检的需求，能够很好的促进城市道路资产的管理，降低道路资产点检的成本，能够对国内的道路资产检点道路养护等任务起到良好的管理作用。

Economic and human costs.
