元素直接测量:通过测量机采点获得元素的测量数据(或者脱机编程鼠标采点),如果在测量该元素时没有输入该元素的理论值,则RationalDMIS 2020自动把理论值设置等同于测量值。

为什么在数模上测量点的时候,理论值和实际值一样?
在数模上测量点,如果是直接点取CAD上的点测量,那么第一遍测量的点的数据理论值和实际值相等,因为第一遍测量的点没有理论值,所以系统把测得的实际值赋给了理论值。
附注:
用户可以把第一遍测量得到的点拖放到测量窗口重新测量,之后测量的点的实际值和原来点的理论值就会有差别。
或者在测量点之前,先在元素定义窗口根据图纸定义一个理论点,然后再测量次理论点的实际值,这样测得的实际值和理论值也不一样。

RationalDMIS还可以实现测量的元素与CAD数模实时比对:
在测量元素之前,把CAD数模拖放到“找到理论”窗口,再去测量,这样在测量时,软件会自动进行CAD理论值和实际值的比对。
