出现这个原因就是多了个<mirrors> </mirrors>和 <profiles> </profiles>

用idea打开maven文件里面的conf的setting文件，删掉多余的mirrors和profiles，把所有的<mirror>放在同一个<mirrors>，<profile>也是同一个道理，都放在<profiles>。因为一个setting文件只能有一个mirrors和profiles
