Licensees should configure RxD_Enable and RxD_RDDS_Enable well according the hardware
design, then check the RxD support by QXDM message, e.g.

Currently, modem do not support RxD to TDS B34 band only or B39 band only, thus if RxD is
not supported by one of TDS bands, RxD are not supported to all TDS bands.
For factory or lab test under FTM mode, e.g. sensitivity test, please set RxD_Enable=1 and
