ORA-12737: 
Instant Client Light: unsupported server character set string 
Cause: The character set specified is not allowed for this operation or is invalid. Instant Client Light has only minimal character sets.

Action: Do not use Instant Client Light for this character set

本地Navicat自带的oci是10.2.0.1版本，上次遇到这个问题是下载了最新的oci，翻翻硬盘找到了instantclient-basic-nt-11.2.0.3.0.zip。

oci下载地址：http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/winsoft-085727.html（这里最新已经到12.1.0.1.0 了）

复制oci.dll、orannzsbb11.dll、oraociei11.dll到新目录，然后在Navicat选项设置里指定oci目录为新的就可以了。
