ERROR: No matching distribution found for mysqlclient==1.4.6
网上大多数的解决方法都是用 yum install libmysqlclient-dev
然而我用的是Centos的操作系统，其实我们可以用另一条命令去解决yum install gcc mysql-devel（安装依赖）；
然后再执行 pip install mysqlclient
