Support IPv4 and IPv6(EPRT/EPSV).

同时支持ftp和web访问，可以把web端口设置为0禁用web功能。
以windows服务模式运行时，可以退出控制台。
支持的ftp命令比较齐全，对客户端应用支持较好，体积小，服务应用仅288Kb。
