使用Jira系统自带的创建项目选项创建新项目。

问题描述：

新创建的项目的优先级方案部分报错：

报错信息：Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-project-config-plugin:summary-priorities'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

且在新建的项目中新建Issue时，优先级字段没有选项（因为没有匹配到优先级方案）。

在atlassian-jira.log中出现以下内容：
