1. 自己搭建Apollo配置中心

碰到如下错误：

nested exception is org.hibernate.HibernateException: 
Access to DialectResolutionInfo cannot be null when 'hibernate.dialect' not set

解决方案： 
1. 更换localhost 到实际IP 
2. mysql 不能远程访问 修改mysql host localhost => %
