通过表单上传视频

通过表单向WEB服务器上传视频

通过表单向WEB服务器上传文件必须给表单设置enctype属性且其值为multipart/form-data
即<form action="/videoweb/video/manage.do" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data"></form>

通过HttpWatch查看浏览器生成的Http协议
注意协议的头字段的Content-Type:multipart/form-data并且在实体数据中各项参数用分割线隔开
但在原来提交文本数据的时候为Content-Type:application/x-www-form-urlencoded
