3. 安装phone包:pip install phone
4. 如果电话号码查不到信息或者输入的不在解析范围内,会报错:UnboundLocalError: local variable 'phone' referenced before assignment,那是因为并没有执行get_phone_info函数的try语句,却return了try语句中的参数造成的。
