配置JNDI 查找Tomcat 中server.xml中定义的数据源
步骤:
1. 修改elipse的数据源server.xml
主要修改如下,
1. 添加下面这段Context文本 其中StudentManagementWeb是项目名称

2.修改项目的web.xml文件
添加如下字段,用来查找数据源

3. 修改Hibernate配置文件,其中 mapping resourse 为自定义的model对象
