如果我理解正确,那么您有一个印刷错误

similar_posts = Post.published.filter(tags__in=post_tags_ids)
                                     .exclude(id=instance.id)

上面的行应该是

similar_posts = Post.objects.filter(tags__in=post_tags_ids)
                                     .exclude(id=instance.id)

另外,如果您打算使用字段发布,那么它只能在queryset args中使用,而不能用作“相关对象”属性
