问题描述：

环境：

linux centos6,7;php >5.6 ; nginx 1.18

域名已备案已解析，开放ping，且正常，访问网址无法访问

解决：

步骤一：查看重启nginx：

[我的服务器 ~]# service nginx restart
Stoping nginx... nginx is not running.

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)

端口被占用。

步骤二：杀死nginx，并重启nginx

[我的服务器 ~]# killall -9 nginx

[我的服务器 ~]# service nginx restart

 centos 6.x 重启 nginx -s reload   

 centos 7.x 重启  systemctl restart nginx.service  或 service nginx restart

重新访问网址，正常访问。
