使用初始密码登陆后(上面的初始密码),执行指令
set password for root@localhost=password(‘你的需要修改的密码‘);

mysql> set password for root@localhost=password(‘mysql‘);
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.00 sec)

若找不到初始密码可以在my.ini中[mysqld] 添加
skip-grant-tables
