1.with debug, add a break point on statements EXPORT TO MEMORY (and IMPORT FROM MEMORY eventually)

 

 

2.with an ABAP trace in NON AGGREGATED mode, and you will see all EXPORT and IMPORT with the names of MEMORY ID.

3.Run an ABAP source code scan with  RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN
