现象：
拉取github仓库报错如下：
Git Pull Failed: unable to access ‘https://github.com/*.git/‘: Proxy CONNECT aborted
解决措施：
git config --global http.proxy http://127.0.0.1:1234
git config --global https.proxy http://127.0.0.1:1234
设置时不要设置密码，https下密码认证不通过。
在git shell下使用
GIT_CURL_VERBOSE=1 GIT_TRACE=1 git clone https://github.com/**.git
可以看到具体日志
