The confusing part of this is that the two pronunciations overlap the two different things. A router as above (computer thing, from verb "route"), or anything else which routes something, is "rooter" or "rowter" depending on how you pronounce "route" (US English has both "root" and "rowt", British English has only "root").

linux的读音么，TBBT里Sheldon在不同的两集里读法不同，一集/li/，另一集/lai/。

SQL读作circle是错的。sequel /ˈsiːkwəl/或按字母读S-Q-L (ess-que-ell)都行。闲得慌可以搜"sql pronunciation"，把pronunciation的重音读对更重要。sequence /ˈsiːkwəns/ 是个很高频的词。
