这里注意到 --with-stream=dynamic 这个模块是动态加载（据说nginx从1.9版本后支持动态加载模块）

修改nginx配置文件：

直接编辑 ?/etc/nginx/nginx.conf

注意，不要在http{}里修改，可以在 events后面修改，

  upstream apiserver {
      server 172.16.100.6:6443 weight=5 max_fails=3 fail_timeout=30s;
      server 172.16.100.7:6443 weight=5 max_fails=3 fail_timeout=30s;

接下来就测试后再重新加载下吧
