从http://sourceforge.net/projects/sigar/files/sigar/1.6/hyperic-sigar-1.6.4.zip/download下载sigar，
参照了http://www.cnblogs.com/bdzwater/p/3205304.html，公司电脑运行不了，
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: getCpuInfoList
。。。
（其实可以参照http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_83fcad250101hib7.html解决问题）
