1)底层–所有节点拥有合法的IP地址
:根据所给出的IP网段进行合理子网划分
网段(主机位全为0)192.168.1.0/24

192.168.1.16/30–192.168.1.20/30
192.168.1.24/30–192.168.1.28/30(路由器之间预留网段)
