意思是：识别并停止在端口 8080 上监听的过程，或配置此应用程序以在其他端口上收听

就是说端口被占用了，用不了，要不就修改端口，要不就杀掉端口。

win + r 输入 cmd

在控制台输入： netstat -aon|findstr "8080"

再次输入：taskkill /pid 6344 /f
就可以结束端口占用
